I continue to be amazed that more than a quarter of new businesses don’t even have a website , and many more don’t pay attention to social media, or monitor feedback on sites like Yelp. At minimum, that requires a modern website, and visibility on relevant social media sites, likely including Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.

The most cost-effective marketing approaches have changed; from catalogs to web sites, and from television commercials to social media. Excessive support and return activities. Outsourcing services that could be done in-house. Outsourcing is an expensive solution for poor planning.

If you''re a brand or retailer, needing to get online, there are a lot of things to deal with to run your e-commerce business smoothly--everything from your e-commerce site itself, to taking photos of your products, packing and shipping, to digital marketing. Everyone is now pretty much selling direct on apparel sites now.

Cross-site request forgery (CSRF) – technique used to spread networking worms. They also point to the fact that, for some roles and professions, like real-time monitoring of news and consumer issues, these sites can be leveraged as effective business tools, now about one in five companies actually requires their use for work-related purposes.

They attract over 70 million people a month (just in the US), and by most accounts are still one of the 10 most popular sites in the world. MySpace should not require a login to get into the site, and I DON’T want to see my profile when I do log in. This could also be done by leveraging a partnership (or buyout) of a site like Mahalo.
