Because more technology people probably read startup blogs I’m guessing this post will come under more scrutiny. This post is designed mostly for non-technical founders. Often I’m asked by startup CEO’s about how to best build an engineering team. I have much experience in this domain. I don’t believe it.
Quora is one of the better designed new products of the past few years in my opinion. I loved the quote so much I wrote an entire blog post on the topic. I added a dev team in India to spearhead new initiatives and design our future UI. The former was outsourced, the latter was our own team.
