Companies that have social media strategies are finding them to be a valuable tool for driving customer engagement and building brand loyalty; one that translates into real revenue and increased customer satisfaction.

Two customer-focused announcements stood out: the reviews API and the customer casestudies. In announcing the reviews API, Google presented customer casestudies of numerous publishers who shared a lot of evidence that talking to their customers has significantly improved their app ratings, customer satisfaction, and retention.
It means you can use this respondent as a resource for casestudies and marketing quotes in the future. Then there are the long surveys where you could attempt to find more about satisfaction with service, delivery time, quality of product, packaging and more. Keep your survey very short to insure many responses.
I am proud that students who express satisfaction with my classes also note that they involve a significant time commitment.
