The Java 8 javadocs are hosted locally for the time being because I don't know of an official, Oracle-hosted location for them. When Oracle eventually hosts them, I'll change the links to point to the official home for the javadocs. An interface cannot provide a default implementation for any of the methods of the Object class.

Only Hire A+ People Who Punch Above Their Weight Class. I believe that you should always hire people are are looking to “punch above their weight class,&# which means to hire people who want to be one league above where they are today. Weight Class : Let’s take sales. I’m not one of those. Your solution?

Obviously they wish they would have figured this out a bit more quickly, but as a young team I personally cut them a little bit more slack than I would if it were Oracle, for example. It doesn’t help you. Startups often have advisors that help on recruiting, fund raising, biz dev, sales, etc. Help them with other stories.
