When our Youtube views are driven up, that drives more licensing demand for the video, with other shows interested. Is there a lot of competition for the rights to all of that content? Lee Essner: That''s one of the competitive edges we have. The nice thing about those two businesses, is they feed each other nicely.

Do you see a lot of competition from current US services? We're looking at distribution and marketing, which is the core of Hollywood and Southern California's core competencies. More and more, entertainment has transformed into a demand driven industry. We plan on opening up shop at the end of June.

Surprisingly, Hollywood hasnt played a major role in the formation of new companies, which have tended to be in less glamorous though more lucrative areas like lead-generation and service (with obvious exceptions like JibJab and Hulu, a joint venture of Fox and NBC). You dont have the same levels of fast turnover as a starting point, right?
