I was standing with him when he won the TechCrunch 50 award.

Enter the light bulb, which was that this was a real opportunity to create a new platform, which can facilitate connecting experts with users. He built their entire publishing and analytics platform, and spent more than four years there before he came to join us to start this. Tony Adam is an advisor, he was formerly at MySpace.

He has a really interesting background as a product manager and now an entrepreneur. That's where I learned I enjoyed interacting with customers and working with development teams to build and launch products. We are creating a platform that enables users to play instant games and apps directly on the computer desktop.

1) Get A Mentor. "I Ignorance is not bliss in business, but it does allow entrepreneurs to face the unknown with a measure of confidence. No 19-year old understands business at the level of a seasoned, serial entrepreneur. Develop a solution for a problem, market and/or user group about which you are passionate.

You’ll get sales information from your VP of Sales, marketing information from your VP Marketing, tech information from your CTO and so on. I had long ago ceded the knowledge and responsibility for making the detailed technical recommendations about platforms, databases, hosting solutions, etc. Skipping is insidious.
