Venice, California-based WeeCare , a new startup which is creating a marketplace to help people start and manage their own home daycare, has raised $4.2M in a seed funding, the company disclosed on Friday. The funding came from Social Capital. The company claims its providers can earn up to $90,000 a year operating their businesses.
