Use social media, video, and other channels to build new relationships with customers and other constituents. Amazon has a process for proposing a change requiring a one-page press release from the future, combined with a six-page FAQ document. Don’t let them feel stressed out or a failure if they don’t always hit the goals.

It will be exciting to see what they can accomplish, but I think its challenging to get the same level of exposure in tech business media as Bay Area startups -- although sites like Lalawag and TrendSlate are trying to change that. This is a whole new "generation 2.0" Fast Cities 13 cool and creative cities with brilliant initiatives.
