VIZIO, CyberFone Settle Patent Case

Irvine-based flat panel HDTV and electronics provider VIZIO has settled a patent infringement suit with CyberFone Systems LLC , the two said this morning, with a charitable donation. According to the two, CyberFone has dismissed its patent infringement claims against VIZIO, and will not assert those patents against VIZIO.
