Irvine-based HireRight , a provider of on-demand employment screening and drug screening services, announced today that it has acquired Powerchex Limited , a pre-employment screening firm based in the United Kingdom. Powerchex provides pre-empoyment screening to companies in the UK, and was founded in 2005.
