Helicoid Industries Finds $2.4M

UC Riverside licensed out the technology for Helicoid in March of 2019, to commercialize their bio-inspired patented helicoid architecture for use in composite materials. According to a regulatory filing by the firm, it raised $2,425,810 from 3 investors so far in the funding round.
