ValueClick Buys Greystripe

Westlake Village-based online advertising firm ValueClick announced this morning that it has acquired Greystripe , an operator of a brand-focused mobile advertising network. Greystripe was venture backed by Steamboat Ventures, Monitor Ventures, Peacock Equity, and Incubic Venture Capital, and was based in San Francisco.

Science Gets First Exit, Sells Playhaven To RockYou

Los Angeles-based startup studio and incubator Science said late Wednesday that it has seen its first exit, and has sold Playhaven to RockYou. Playhaven is a mobile ad network, which Science had acquired in September of 2014. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
