Pasadena-based e-discovery software developer X1 has raised $5.1M The round also included angel investor George Kadifa, the former head of HP Software. According to X1, the new funding will go to hire aggressively in development and sales. X1 is led by CEO Craig Carpenter and CTO Brent Botta.
