The startup, whose founders have served at such firms as CitySearch, Stamps.com, Rent.com, and ThisNext, said it provides a service which allows users to post to multiple, free job boards with one submission. The site had been running in a closed beta for the last three months.

Factual Opens New API

The company said the API converts Factual's own IDs into third party identifiers and URLs, and vice versa. The new API makes it easier for software developers to correlate data from those multiple, different sites, creating in essence a "universal translator" for data between those services.
