United Dwelling Picks Up $10M

Los Angeles-based United Dwelling , a startup that helps homeowners convert garages or unused backyard space into newly allowed "Accessory Dwelling Units" which they can rent out to others, has raised $10M in a Series B funding round, the company said this week. Dietz had been at GRP Partners since 1996.

Launchpad LA Adds Funding, Office Space For Startups

Los Angeles-based Launchpad LA , the business acceleration program headed up by Mark Suster of GRP Partners, said today that it has expanded the program, and added $50,000 in funding for startups in the program, plus actual physical office space. The acceleration progrma has set up space in Santa Monica.
