Elon Musk , the technology billionaire behind SpaceX and Tesla Motors , says that if the U.S. withdraws from the Paris Agreement, he will "have no choice" but to leave Trump's Tech Council. In a tweet, Musk said he has "done all I can to advise directly to POTUS" on climate change, and "don't know which way Paris will go". Musk had joined a controversial council formed by the Presidential administration to ostensibly "share their specific experience and knowledge" with the President.
