The price of two of Demand Media's acquisitions, Pluck , and The Daily Plate , have both been made public with the firm's IPO filing Friday evening. for Pluck, a developer of social media tools, and paid $5.0M The firm also revealed that it acquired Pagewise , a provider of how-to videos and text articles, for $15.8M, back in June of 2007.
