Santa Monica-based Clearstone Venture Partners has upped its investment in Mumbai, India-based Games2Win , an online developer of casual and other games. Rajan Mehra of Clearstone Ventures joins the board of directors of Games2Win along with the funding. Games2Win raised $5M in its Series A back in March of 2007.

Santa Monica-based venture capital firm Clearstone Ventures was among the big winners Wednesday in the IPO debut of Sunnyvale-based Meru Networks , a developer of virtual wireless LAN products. Clearstone was the biggest shareholder in Meru before the IPO, with 20.9 to $15.00, and closing at $19.17 for the day--up 27.8%.
