UCI Rolls Out Big Data Program

UC Irvine is jumping onto the big data bandwagon, saying this week that it has launched a new, online course specifically aimed at helping individuals learn all about big data. UCI said the program will use such software as Hadoop, Teradata, Knime, Aster, IBM-Netiza, HP-Veritca, Statistica, R, Python and Crystal Ball.
