Newport Beach-based Jazz Semiconductor said today that it has licensed its high-precision RF models and design kits for RF to Fujitsu Microelectronics Limited. The technology involved allows users to create RF, systems-on-a-chip (SoC) designs that will be fabricated at Fujitsu's 300mm fab in Japan, in 90nm and 65nm process technologies.
