ClickUp Collects $400M

San Diego-based productivity software developer ClickUp said this morning that it has raised a huge, $400M Series C funding round, which gives it a valuation of $4 billion. According to the company, it has tripled its revenue, and now counts such clients as McDonalds, Booking.com, Papa Johns, and Netflix as customers.

NEOGOV Finds Funding From Carlyle, Warburg Pincus

El Segundo-based human capital and policy management software developer NEOGOV, which is led by Shane Evangelist, has scored a round of funding from private equity giants The Carlyle Group and Warburg Pincus. The size of the investment--described as "significant"--was not announced. The company was founded in 2000.
