The first patent names James Honea and Yifeng Wu as inventors, and was initially filed in August of 2013. The second patent application was filed on May 3, 20`13.

Patent 7,707,285, covering "System and method for generating and using fingerprints for IT performance management". The firm had filed for the patent in September of 2006.
