Adconion acquired the assets of Joost from the founders of Skype in November of 2009.

Fisker Automotive Starts Hiring In Delaware

Fisker said it will be hiring around 120 employees, part of an initial group at the site, which will include engineering staff, electro-mechanical technicians, and early teams of production workers for its Project Nina vehicle. Fisker acquired its Delaware plant from GM back in October of 2009, using funding from a Department of Energy loan.
