Santa Monica-based private equity investor Clearlake Capital announced today that it has sold off one of its portfolio firms, Calero Software , to private equity investor Riverside Partners. Clearlake created Calero in 2013, when it rolled up three companies--Veramark Technologies, PINNACLE, and Movero--into a single entity.
