Patent Suit Spawned By NTI Group Buy Settled

A patent lawsuit against educational software provider Blackboard , which was spawned by the acquisition of Sherman Oaks-based NTI Group last year, has been settled, according to Texas-based TechRadium. TechRadium said the move would allow each company to continue to provide mass notification technology and services to clients.
