Qualcomm Sues Chinese Company Over Patent Licensing

San Diego-based Qualcomm has filed suit against a Chinese company, Meizu , saying that Meizu has refused to enter into a licensing deal for the company's technology. Qualcomm said that more than 100 other companies in China have agreed to the terms of that rectification plan it agreed to with the NDRC.
