M&A has shown some spectacular results including Zappos to Amazon for $928million , Sun to Oracle for $7.4 Notice that I didn’t say “social networking.” Much like iPhone is the only mobile platform in town, Facebook is the only “closed network” social networking platform in town. Seems an obvious fit.
