As you all know TechZulu is a huge supporter of Startup Weekend, and when we had the chance to be part of the very first OrangeCounty (my home town) Startup Weekend we jumped on board. I recently posted about the Increase in Early-Stage Startup Activity in Los Angeles. In that post, I mentioned how one of the signals is the big increase in number of startup events and the number of attendees at those events. Our focus was to utilize new technology for streaming over the internet, broadcasting underserved sports which normally don't end up on TV, in HD quality, for viewers across the country and world.
