Marlin Equity Buys LiveOps Cloud

Los Angeles-based private equity investor Marlin Equity has acquired LiveOps Cloud Platform , the companies said today, in a deal which will split LiveOps into two different companies. The two parts of LiveOps have been run separately since 2014. LiveOps Cloud develops cloud contact center and customer service software.
