AT&T Buys Otter Media

AT&T said Tuesday afternoon that it has acquired the remaining part of Otter Media --the parent company of Fullscreen--that it did not own from The Chernin Group. AT&T said Otter Media will become part of its WarnerMedia unit, and will continue to be run by CEO Goncalves. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced.
