According to the company, the software allows consumers to add products from their favorite brands, retailers and influencers, virtually try them on, share them with friends, and buy single pieces or complete looks.

Miso Robotics Links With Beverage Dispenser Provider

Pasadena-based robotics developer Miso Robotics announced on Tuesday tht it has linked with global beverage dispenser manufacturer Lancer Worldwide, to build an automated beverage dispenser for commercial kitchens. Financial details of the partnership were not announced. According to Miso Robotics, the new product will help address record labor shortages at quick-serve restaurants (QSRs).

According to the company, it has named Amber Roberts as Vice President of Enterprise, and Blake Hunter as Senior Director of Data Science. Roberts was most recently Head of Marketplace at Kroger, where the company said she spearheaded the establishment of its digital marketplace model.

Boingo Wireless Now Owned By Digital Colony

Los Angeles-based Wi-Fi network and distributed antenna systems provider Boingo Wireless is now officially owned by private equity investor Digital Colony, the two said on Wednesday. The deal valued Boingo at approximately $854M. Digital Colony paid $14.00 in cash per share of Boingo common stock. The deal takes Boingo off the public markets, where it had been trading as WIFI on the NASDAQ.
