Rowe Price, according to the company. Financial details of that acquisition were not announced. Seismic has now raised $440M in total funding.

The company said the round was led by Tiger Global Management and included TPG, Tidemark, Owl Rock Capital and Meritech Capital, along with existing investor Spectrum Equity.

Early on in my first company I had an employee ask if it was a good time to buy a home. But you realize that you can be more helpful as a coach. Many are well known.
