I recommend using digital channels, including email and social media, personalized, if possible, with promotions. Respond to new market shifts and opportunities. One of our big mantras, internally, is to be the fastest responder when you see a customer email us. Even if you don't have the answer immediately, we'll shoot them an email right away, saying, we hear you, even if we tell them we have to find out the answer. Lots of startups talk about trying to outsource all their customer support.
