This was a reasonable achievement when you consider that it was 2001-02, one of the worst years to be selling enterprise software and we were selling it SaaS style, which was still evangelical back then. SaaS was hot so I was able to land a very impressive guy. Maybe our pricing needed work – who knows. WTF!! ?? !!
