Resonant Buys Swiss Company

Goleta-based radio frequency filtering technology developer Resonant has acquired a Swiss company, GVR Trade SA , which provides design and consultation on Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) and Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) devices. The company said it paid $1.1M in stock and cash for GVR Trade, which was owned by Dr. Victor Plessky.
