had sued NBC over a failed domain name sale back in May of 2010, after it said NBC Universal agreed to sell the company Women.com and Women.net in via domain name broker Sedo. NBC apparently agreed to sell the domain, based on emails included in the lawsuit, but then backed out at the last minute on the sale.

Adaptec moved into Lake Forest in August of 2008, when it acquired Aristos Logic , a developer of RAID chips and technology. At that time, Aristos had approximately 75 employees.
