the parent company of Snapchat, has reportedly acquired Israeli startup Cimagine Media. Cimaging Media develops augmented reality technology. Cimagine was founded in 2012. Venice-based Snap, Inc. , The deal is reportedly worth between $30M and $40M. The acquisition was first reported by a local Israeli financial daily.
