A Must Read Book for the Educated Class

I can’t recommend this book strongly enough. The book is a memoir about an improbable journey from the working-class Hillbilly roots of Appalachia to the elite corridors of one of the top law schools in the US and the world of venture capital. What I loved most about the book is J.D.’s I loved it in so many ways.

The Most Important Book I Read This Summer

I also listened to the book on tape, “Shoe Dog,” the memoir by Phil Knight about the founding and evolution of Nike. But the single most important book I’ve read this year is “ Between the World and Me ” by Ta-Nehisi Coates. The framework for the book is a letter to Coates’ son who is a teen ager.
