Didn''t learn it in 2014, but several times over the year we were reminded that a great team can make chicken salad out of chicken $hit.
What was your biggest lesson learned in 2014? What technologies or things are you looking forward to most in 2015? I''d like to see big leaps in adaptive learning technologies, true mobile learning, and the credentialing of non-traditional learning. It was a lesson relearned: it''s all about execution.

Los Angeles-based Fisker , the new developer of electric vehicle and solid state battery technology which was crated by Fisker Automotive founder's Henrik Fisker, has received a strategic investment from Caterpillar Venture Capital. Gardena, California-based Cover , which develops technology which uses algorithms and software to build custom, prefab buildings, including backyard studios, has raised $1.6M in a seed funding round. The funding was led by General Catalyst and Khosla Ventures, and also included Fifty Years, Hyperspeed Ventures, and angels.
